www.cakeduchess.com Petite Chocolate Mousse Cups and Dove Chocolate Discoveries
I chose this picture to introduce the "Festive Finishes" line because it's so...well, festive looking. Dove Chocolate Discoveries (DCD) has a line of products that are fantastic for amateur and expert bakers alike. DCD is much more that just chocolate! The company has the knowledge and know-how to create distinctive and delicious products to fit all aspects of your customer's lifestyle. For example, the Chocolate Mousse Starter Kit and Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix are great for the no-fuss gourmets, but they also create awesomeness like the mousse cups pictured above.
Another favorite is the White Chocolate Meyer Lemon Baking Mix.
Meyer lemon is a delicious cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange to give you a sweeter, fresher lemon taste. It blends perfectly with the DCD White Chocolate and Madagascar bourbon vanilla that make a deliciously different cake or cupcake. Whips up in no time with the additional Meyer lemon frosting included. Here's a favorite recipe:
You’ll need:
- 1 Package DCD White Chocolate
- Meyer Lemon Baking Mix
- Chocolate Sprinkles
- Pretzel Sticks
- Cake Pop Pan, or similar
Directions:
- Mix cupcake mix according to the directions; bake in the cake pop pans for 11-14 minutes at 350 degrees
- Whisk the frosting mix with ¼ cup of water to create a glaze
- When the cake balls are cooled, dip the tops in the glaze, then roll them in the chocolate sprinkles
- Insert pretzel sticks into the top to create the stem
There are an entire menu of other easy bakeables like Saigon Swirl Cinnamon Roll Mix and Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and Chocolate Chip Gingerbread Mix which made the following yummy. Make gingerbread cookies, persons or even a holiday ginger cake. Just add DCD Merlot Fudge Sauce and fruit and OMG you have the best treat around.

ReplyDeleteLove it Rhonda! I'm also a chocoholic and although I can no longer indulge the way I used to do, I still bake lots of chocolate goodies!
ReplyDeleteIt must be hard to bake and step away. I know for me that is almost impossible. I've started exercising to offset some of it. Lord help!
